I'm pretty sure that yes, Rose bringing Jack back to life is why he's immortal now. The power of the Time Vortex and her will, which was just to bring him back to life. It gave him too much life.

And, yeah. Tosh/Mary was completely hot. I'd've totally shagged Mary if I were Tosh.
