I thought I hurt yesterday. Today wins. My ankle, my hip, my shoulder. I can't even bend over to pick something up. And for an extra whine, I've been up since 7am thanks to the kitten and Sparrow. Sparrow is totally disgruntled at this point, and would not let the kitten on the bed. After an hour of her running around the perimeter, growling down at the kitten, I gave up and got up. I'm going to get something to eat so I can take some Cataflam and maybe take the edge off the pain, and follow it up with a hot shower. On the bright side, I emptied out the recycling box and cleared a lot of the junk of the dining room table.
