Me Thinks...

I have a touch of the flu. Aches (more than usual), light headed, messed up tummy (also more than usual), chills. Sitting here drinking Odwalla Pomegranate Limeaid and taking Selenium and hoping I can throw it off.

Norrington went to the vet yesterday and had more shots, so even he's sleepy and quiet. Sparrow is very happy about that.

My doctor recently told me to take Airborne and Zicam at the start of colds, but I haven't tried it yet. Don't know if that would help with flus. Have you taken any vitamin C?

I'm a big cheerleader for selenium. Usually works like a charm :) I drink lots of C heavy stuff, so I'm okay there.
