Learning Curve

Now that I have a Droid phone, I feel out of touch with technology. I'm used to having a phone that is well, a phone. Not a small computer that you can make phone calls with. Nin assures me I'll get the hang of it, but right now. I'm feeling rather daunted

I *totally* understand this - when I got my Droid, it took me probably a couple of months to get the point where I truly felt comfortable with it.

And still - while it's a neat little machine and I really love having a lot of that functionality at my fingertips...it's really not very *good* at being a phone.

This morning when I got to the office, I was going to call someone from the car before I went in to the building - and learned that you can't actually use the touch screen to unlock the phone and *dial* if you're wearing gloves....on my old phone I could *totally* have made that phone call wearing my gloves :D
