Suddenly Russian

Okay, where'd the Russian come from? My navigation bar, and side bar headers, tags headers, etc., are all in Russian, but nothing on my profile or posting pages is. Just me, or it it LJ wide? Wonder if Russian LJs are now in English?

That happens to me occasionally, even with my journal language prefer set to English. LJ server hiccup, I guess.

That happens to me occasionally. Usually when I'm uploading things to LJ Scrapbook. It always fixes itself eventually.

Haven't that issue yet. I did discover that the random selection link always takes me to Russian LJs even though I have nothing in my profile that would account for it.
