Grey's Season Finale

So tonight is the season ender for Grey's. And GA being GA, that more than likely means a cliff hanger. What do you think it will be? I have no idea since I am pretty much spoiler free.

I'm really looking forward to the episode! Though it means no more new episodes till fall. Hopefully, the break will give me a chance to marathon the season and get some damn fic written! Maybe even finish that WIP!

Well, it'll probably have something to do with George and Callie (I LIKE Callie). And another breakup between Meredith and Derek. But I have no idea what will happen, so this is all whistling in the wind.
