The Lake

We're getting deluged with rain today, and I remembered I now have a camera on my phone, so I took a picture of the lake outside the warehouse. Apparently, we're supposed to get hit with a humdinger of a storm tomorrow like the one we had in the beginning of January.

It is snowing here. Going to go all night and into tomorrow.

Of course, my first venture into the outdoors after my illness and quarantine looks like it is going to be to shovel a foot of snow. God so has a sense of humor. I so love New England : )

Yeah, we're fine :) As long as the power stays on tomorrow, I'll be happy. We have out of town guests for the weekend, so an outage wouldn't be the best timing!

That's a lake? LOL, over here in the monsoon season, we can get floodwater almost up to the bonnet. Thankfully, blackouts in bad weather aren't too common now.

It wasn't as high as it has been in the past. Normally, the whole street is flooded up to the car fenders.
