Just passing through, but I think I can probably answer that one. Vote for the Worst is voting for Kristy Lee Cook as much as possible. I think that's probably why she's stayed this long.
Okay, well that figures. Even though according to their own site doing so goes against the most basic reason they exist...aka to keep someone on their who will not be easily shaped and molded by the PTBs there.
Ironically, I love how some of the people who have not gone on to win have ended up with good careers. Some have ended up with better album sales than the person who won that season, while some have ended up with a steady fanbase even if it's not into the millions of sales.
