Whoa!
Earthquake!! Chair rolled. Heart beating very fast. In the high 4's I think.
Later: No magnitude yet, but it was close, on the San Andreas about ten minutes from here.
And: it was a 4.3 -- felt stronger because it was close and shallow.
Now to decide if I want to go up to the loft as I usually do for lunch. I work in a three story unreinforced cinderblock warehouse, and if this was a foreshock, I don't want to be upstairs with no protection.

you can tell who's lived in Calif. for a long time.
We start taking bets on the maganatude almost as soon as the shaking stops.
Didn't feel anything here in Anaheim.
Glad you are okay.
Mother Nature just likes to keep us on our toes.

The big thing we all do after an earthquake is go to the USGIS site and report "Did you feel it?" :)
