Helena or Elena?

I could have sworn the name of the town in Queen of Swords was Santa Helena, but last night, I saw a crate in the background that said Santa Elena on it. Anyone have an opinion? Santa Elena is actually better, because there's a St. Helena in the Napa Valley already [g]

Well, Santa Elena would sound more likely...

Helena and Elena are essentially the same name -- Santa Elena is more likely to be what the Spanish would call it; the Anglos would use St. Helena.

Not really helpful, I know. The show did in fact use both. So I'd say pick the one you like best. Or use both depending on the speaker.

Did they use both? That's good to know! I was beginning to think I needed my hearing checked [g]
