Ouch

My hips are killing me. As I said to my coworker, hips may not lie, but they sure as hell hurt!

I find that when my hips hurt, some calcium pills help, but then, I'm lactose intolerant, so that may not be the problem.

Calcium helps cramps, so i would make sense it would help other things. It's a smooth muscle relaxant.
