Sucker Mark II

Islay is now in my room, sprawled on my bed, and Sparrow is trying to decide if she actually is going to accept the interloper. She started crying pitifully at the garage door, and yes, I caved. I may move her into Nin's room at bedtime since I don't fancy falling asleep with two potentially disgruntled kitties locked in my room.

Geez, she's so worked me!

Cats will do that. So will friends. [personal profile] pat_t keeps trying to convince me I need two more cats. I'm going to tell her to call you. *grin*

They do that. Cats are expert at it.

So, one of the cats is named after the home of some of the best single-malt scotch I've ever had?

Way cool.

She was indeed [g] Figured it suited her better than Lagavulin!

I must say... Lagavulin is an excellent brand. I was introduced to it by a friend on the web about a year ago. Now I'm waiting for my doctor's approval so I can partake again.

Maybe another month.

I love Islay single malts, and one of my favorites is Lagavulin... Even though, according to my tasting notes, the first time I had it, I thought it had a bacon taste.

It's still super smokey, which I love, but not so bacon-y.

I'm still waiting for the cat we're going to name Scapa. :)

Even though, it's going to be fun seeing how the vet tries to spell and/or say Islay...
