I Love My Kitties

I do! But not so much when Skye managed to find the one spot not covered with plastic on my bed to wet all over. A spot I didn't find till I crawled into bed at 2am. GRRRRR!

Yikes! The worst "I love my kitties, _but_" moments lately have been Pixie knocking a vase of flowers over (yes, Tam, some do still live on from the birthday bouquet!) wanting to drink the water (which is filled with whatever that flower additive stuff is), then deciding she wanted to nibble on the petals. She was seriously bored, me thinks. Oh, and deciding it would be a good idea to run outside and down three of the steps that lead to the yard. We keep having a dog come by and I'm scared she'll be out there, there'll be a ruckus, and she'll run away. I _so_ need to get her spayed and chipped! So far I've been very lucky with the girls.
Kind of the funniest one of these stories (though I was not amused at the time!), was when Tigger's mama, Kitty, accidentally got shut in my room while we were out. She pooped on the bed, then pulled the covers over it. Then there was the time we had to give her a worm pill and while I was holding her she urinated all over my lap. Again, in retrospect, kinda funny. But your bed, late at night! Again, yikes!!

Yeah, all sorts of fun.

And, duh, I realized a few hours after I left the pc the other day that you'd already said Norrington was neutered and I'd even made a mildly explicit comment on the fact. [rolls eyes at self] So, how's your girl doing now? Any better?

Oh, brother!

Is she spayed yet? That could be part of the problem. Also, you might want to check and see if she has a urinary tract infection.

To get rid of the smell, there are a couple of good products. One is Nature's Miracle, which also makes a product for discouraging peeing. Then there's this http://www.scoe10x.com/, which I haven't used, but gets good reviews.

Good luck!

She isn't, and it is. All the details as to why are in another post, but the upshot is the vet won't spay her till April 27.
