This Might Be A Sign

The clock on my computer went back an hour, and I didn't even realize. I remember Windows doing a whole song and dance about the time changing and notifying you as it did it. Don't remember it ever just happening while I was still on the computer. Hmmm..... So it is 2:30, not 1:30 (well, it IS, but you know what I mean) so there's a reason I'm an hour sleepier than I thought I should be.

and if you understood that, be afraid!

Later: oh, yeah, I never did say what it was a sign of. Well, you can make up your own theories!

The government, in its infinite wisdom. had changed when we go on and off DST. Apparently next year, it will be even later.

I'm at work and the computer hasn't changed time yet. Which is bad because it looks like it's almost time to get off, but it isn't.

Yeah, that would be bad.

It's so nice that computers automatically do the time change, now.

It is, though I wasn't expecting it to change without warning like that!

my computer, also windows, changed automatically without any notification as well, but I don't recall if it normally notifies me or not.

I remember a dialogue box used to up saying the time was being switched, no real idea when it stopped doing it.

I'm still using XP so the change must have happened with an update or something. Especially since the time change this year is a totally new date.
