Be Gone!

It was gray hair vanishing day today. Seems to occur more frequently these days [g] I still think it's patently unfair that my brother inherited my mother's no gray hair gene.

Nin and I are going to go grab a bite to eat in a bit and then go see Star Trek. Finally! will let you know what we think when we get home.

Other than that, I'm working on part five of 'I Am Going To the West', and I made a title banner for it that I rather like. But I now have the urge to make icons!

isn't your hair blonde? at least blonde hair and grey hair blend in pretty well together :P

It helps, but when you have as much gray as I do not so much as it did in the beginning.

The "early onset gray hair" gene is female dominant, male recessive, so your brother could be a carrier and not show it.

I have it in my family. My mother's mother used to lie about her age and say that she was a hundred years old (back when my Mom was in grade school), as she started going gray in her early twenties. The lying made for an interesting set of research after my grandfather died and we had to nail down her age for the Social Security. Sure she was over 65, but how much? 10-15-20-25 years? Great fun.

I just started showing my gray, but most of my cousins (even the younger ones) are now fully gray. My wife has been "touching up her hair" since she was in her tweens as she also has "early onset gray hair". You have my condolences.

My mum is in her late seventies and has no gray. Very unfair :)
