I say kewl too, but I got it from Forever Knight. Ger (who plays Nick) is Welsh, and he pronounces 'clue' like 'klew', and the kewl sorta stemmed from that in the fandom.

Very. Beyond words. I want one, to pull out and snark my foes to death at a moment's notice. Well, for that, and tons of sex.

We can hope. And pray. I loathe her more with every passing ep. She reminds me of my ex's current. (I don't dislike the girl for seeing my ex; hell, one of his other past gf's is my roomate) It's that self-serving manipulative shallowness they share that I despise. And, I'm not too fond of the anorexia! Please, force-feed her a sandwich!

Why am I still terrified that prospect may still be a posibility? I mean, we know Jac's not above using sex to get what she wants. I'm terrified she'll try that on Dan.

A good teaching tactic if you ask me. Especially in that field. You need to be able to deal under pressure, and put personal disagreements aside for the good of the patient.

While there is a little bit of a "big bro" vibe there, I think she may be too old to be his daughter. I'm guessing it was a mentor/student type deal at a previous hospital, and that the rapport came from her dealing well with his snark & attitude. Wouldn't be suprised to see Diane & him gradually develope that kinda friendship if she keeps on her toes.

The structure seems very similar to daytime soaps here, where they cycle people in and out to give them a break, and to focus on different story lines. I figure coming up soon, Dan will be sidelined for a week or two -- but I'll be strong [g]

As for Jac and Dan? Well, he'd certainly be a challenge for her and he certainly wouldn't fall for any of her schemes. There would definitely be sparks! I guess time will tell.

I don't know if I have it in me to be that strong. I've become dangerously re-addicted to Peter on my tele on a regular basis (thank you again! *hugz*). If he's sidelined for more than a week, there may be genuine withdrawl.

But if they...if that...if she...ewwww! If they go there, I may have to gouge out my own eyes.

I'm not sure I can explain it that well. But if I give a crappy example, maybe someone else can do better.

Errr.. Say you work/associate with someone you might have an attraction to, or at least, your friends think you do. And let's say his name is John Smith. You come to work, and your coworker Beth says something like,

"I saw your Mr. Smith at Chili's last night."

Okay, that's as good as it gets explanation wise for me [g]

Okay, I am so loving this show. And I agree with Nin - Jake the bodyguard - woof. Dan of course gets double woof. I actually wish Jake hangs around I think he liked Maddie.

And Maddie? She is a great too. Clearly she enjoys Dan. Although she may not like everything he does - her old tricks comment regarding the "Olive" thing.

As for Jac, she lost that job, Diane did not get it. Al Jac needed to do was give Maddie credit for the idea nad Dan would have handed her Abra's job. But nooooo! he lied and tried to manipulate and both came back to haunt her. It also showed how stupid she is.

Jac knew Dan and Maddie have history, and good history. She and Diane saw the hug. Dan knew they saw the hug. The playing in the Theatre, all of it. It was a test. She failed. How dumb can you be not to give credit to Maddie knowing she would probably mention it to Dan?

Want more Dan and Maddie. I like Martha too. Although why did Dan call her Maria?

Anyway my vote - she is either his Kid sister or was his ward growing up.

Thanks, I actually realized that at some point today when I was thinking about the show. I like Maria, also like Martha, Mark, Sam and Joseph (hopefully he gets a clue). Love Lola, Maddie and of course Dan.

Thank you for getting the downloads. I am hoping my brother can teach me to burn them to DVD so I can watch them again on TV.
