Stage Fright

Is it possible after nearly twelve years of posting fic to suddenly get stage fright (for lack of a better term)? Because I think that's what I have. I just keep looking at the third story in the Iron Man serial I'm writing and feel something very similar to an anxiety attack over the thoughts of finishing it, then posting it. Yes, I'm always nervous in posting fic, but I don't recall ever feeling quite this level of stress. I have no idea what's wrong with me all of a sudden. It's really stupid, and I guess I just have to hope I get over it, huh?

A Small Rewrite

What do you do when you're frozen on the current fic? Rewrite an old one. I went back and did some tweaking of Practical Applications. Nothing major, just some things that weren't really relevant when I thought it was a one off, before there were prequels and sequels [g] And I redid that scene that was irking me where I switched POVs briefly. It's now all one POV! Here's hoping the execrcise will help with my current 'stage fright'.

In other news, I hate getting used to a new keyboard! I'm not the greatest typist in the best case, so this is murder. I know I'll get used to it eventually.
