As you know, I've been in fandom since the 80s. My new fav fandom (going on 2 years now) is Hellsing. Great manga (anime got me interested, manga kept me) with a complicated, in depth storyline. Excellent fanfic (particularly the C2 communities on fanfic.net). I love the fandom so yeah, I'd rec it highly:)
