There was a request for icons of Vachon in period clothes. So I don't have to go digging, can you tel me which episodes would be best for that? Something that isn't the vampire with split personality one -- I already watched that this year, and it would be cruel to make me watch it again! But if I have to, I will. I'll take one for the team [g]

Oh, I have an episode guide. I'm just not a huge Vachon fan, so I don't recall which eps have any FBs of his in them.

the Black buddha part 1 has Vachon when he was a Spanish explorer.

Blackwing has him in buckskins. Hearts of Darkness = late 19th century. Black Buddha has already been mentioned, it has the conquistador costume. I know there are more, I just can't remember offhand which FBs are in which eps. Gimme a few minutes, though, and I may be able to tell you more.

I think the only other Vachon FB than those mentioned is My Boyfriend is a Vampire. Nick pretty much had a stranglehold on FBs (understandably), and my beloved Vachon was only in 9 eps (10 if you count Black Buddha as 2)

(and sorry about HoD, I knew you had said not that one, but in my scrambling for ep names it stuck. Not the easiest episode to watch even once, I know!)

Especially when I only watched it a few months ago!! Is the FB in MBIAV the one with Screed and the other vampire and the women in the barn? I think the modern pre FB is him, Nick, and LaCroix reminiscing about the good old days.

Yep. Screed, Bourbon, Vachon, and the women taking a roll in the hay. That's the one. (and I always remember it with the pre-FB reminiscing with LC & Nick, too)

Aww, Ith, I promise that I wasn't thinking of "Hearts of Darkness." I was thinking of "Blackwing" and-or "My Boyfriend is a Vampire." ;) Given my choice I'd actually prefer him in the "Blackwing" buckskins. There are lots of places to get pictures of vampires in 19th century finery, but I don't know that many places to find them in buckskins. B-)

Scary thing? I just ended up having to rewatch parts of HoD for a fic I need to write. But I fast forwarded through the non-Urs parts. I have a tendency to block out all the unpleasantness of the ep (actually of a lot of the episodes) and only remember the parts I like.

And I really like what little we got to know about Urs. She's fun to explore in fic. And now that I've refreshed my memory, I've got to go call her a trollop.
