So Tired of the Fog

It's not that I'm not used to days of fog, but this is getting to be a drag. I can't remember the last time I saw more than half an hour of sun. And this is supposed to go on through next week. The dampness and the dreariness are getting me down -- and making my poor bones ache.

Yeah, fog can get to be a bit *too* much. We don't usually have fogs that stay about for longer than a few hours. *sigh* I wouldn't mind one fog for a day or two just so I could sit in a squashy chair by the window and write Baskerville-houndish-Highlander stories.

Day upon day of fog is normal coastal CA weather, but this has been a bit much. I just can't get warm because of the dampness.

We didn't have fog, just endless cloud and drizzle, but today has dawned beautifully sunny!
