I feel like I'm getting sick all over again. I am so done with this. Seriously. I think I'm going to take a nap. We were up late opening presents, and I was up early to get the turkey in the oven, and I didn't sleep well. Told you I was whineeeee!
Convinced the family to try something different for the turkey this year, so it's a porcini rubbed turkey with shitake madeira gravy. Hope it's good - sounds good. Also have the cheese stuffing cooking in the crock pot. It's a newish tradition since Nin doesn't like stuffing (she's a freak) and a few years back, I decided to try this recipe for cheese stuffing I found. That, she loves. I made stock from the neck/organ meat yesterday, so we should have plenty of gravy!
