Lunch is leftover Udon from Saturday night's dinner. It always tastes better after it's sat a few days. I should have cooked up some Gyoza to eat with it, but I forgotted.
You can usually find them in your local Japanese restaurant [g]In this case, I bought the udon, which is basically a kind of noodle soup, from a new sushi place that opened within walking distance to our house, and the gyoza -- sort of like a pot sticker -- is purchased frozen from Trader Joe's.
