Well That Was Exciting

I left a note for the landlord yesterday we needed our toilet fixed at some point next week. Well, she called just after I got back from lunch at 3pm to say the plumber would be there at four! ACK! So one of the guys took me home so I didn't have to walk there and back here, and then back home *again* so I could make the bathroom/apartment slightly more presentable. And also to leave a note on the toilet indicating what was wrong so they didn't just put a new chain on like last time! Now I'm back. For what that's worth.
