So Sleepy

Last night I had the whole creepy crawly legs thing and got nearly no sleep, plus I had horrible spasms in both my feet. Tonight, I'm so tired. Going to try and stay awake long enough to watch 'Burn Notice'. Then it's bed for me. Norrington is being housed with Nin tonight so I don't spend most of the night listening for trouble between him and Sparrow.

Did the homemade chow mien again tonight -- I think I'm getting the hang of it! Nin found a new kind of mushroom, and they were awesome!

Norrington keeps 'typing' as I'm trying to write this!

That sounds like a textbook case of RLS -- have you ever talked to your doctor about it? I mean, if you get it with any regularity at all, it could be that. It runs pretty heavily in my family.

I hadn't had it happen for a while. About six months ago, it went for nights and nights, then stopped. I was fine last night, thankfully :)

;p Well, it's just a thought. I've watched my dad suffer from RLS for years, with symptoms very like yours, and I figure it will be my doom someday. Well, not doom, because it isn't deadly, but... my pleasure, I guess. XD

At this point, it's a semi occasional irritation. And I'm not sure what they can do except try and get me to take drugs. So we'll see how it goes :) Hope you don't get it!

Definitely talk to your doc about the RLS. Requip may do the trick for you.

I don't actually have a doctor. I just go to a doc in the box if anything comes up. I would have to be pretty much incapacitated to consider drugs with so many side effects. But thank you [HUGS]
