Boss was able to look at my home 'puter today. Thankfully, all the data was there (only one file was lost, one of Nin's Harry Potter fics), so now I don't have to have a fit. But we do need a new HD. So she's going to buy one after work, and maybe we'll have a computer again within the next few days! Who knows? Maybe my muse will be inspired to come back from that beach in Mexico and get some work done.
The dinner last night went well. Jen and her husband were very nice, and their little boy, who is 18 months, was adorable, and quite the little flirt.
