They would have gone to Tony's and then Methos would have started to talk to Tony about the possibility of the tech in the Iron Man suit being used for amputees, and then they'd take Tony's jet to Seacouver to visit Joe.

Can I have an in-between-quel*? (As in, in between A Quarter For Your Shoe and the events leading up to When We’re From Sorrow Free - something from Ezra's teen years?)

I didn't even know you'd read them! I'm flattered.

Yes, I have a teen story, and I will write it one day as a flashback. Well. several, but this one I'll share.

Ezra is 16 and staying with Charlotte. She's having a party and Ezra is playing cards with the men. She calls him away and confronts him over cheating and he tries to con her. He's bought into Maude's opinion of Charlotte that she's naive and a pushover. And he's a 16 year old boy [g] She pulls a card from his sleeve and lays the smackdown. He's shocked and confused and feeling more than a little guilty. She tells him that if she ever catches him trying to cheat her guests under her roof again he will no longer be welcome in her home. It's a crossroads for him in how he sees his future and how he regards Charlotte and his mother.
