Silly Doctor. It's adorable, really, how hard he tries. And he is pretty brilliant, you'll give him that. But he always seems to overlook the obvious--including the fact that he's not the only Gallifreyan onboard, thank you very much. *Nods.* My thought exactly. I'd be tempted to make my own Romana 1 banner for it then post the result with my banner except I haven't got the Romana 1 screencaps.

Another RI fan?

HELL yes!!! She is my ALL TIME favorite female Companion, and there are only two females in my top five --Romana 1 and Sarah Jane. Romana 1 is my third favorite Companion period after Jack and K-9. Needless to say my Team TARDIS is Four, K-9 and Romana 1. I may have loved Nine and Jack, but I couldn't stand Rose Tyler.

It really irritates me how much Romana I is ignored by fandom. And I feel like I'm an alien when I say I don't like RII that much, and I don't. TBH, I only started to think she was cool in the Big Finish audios, when she wasn't all moony over the Doctor. They were on equal footing again and he seemed to pay her respect again with Lord President in front of her name.

Yeah, I've never gotten into the Big Finish stuff so I'm not fond of Romana II.
