I was looking for a link to a fic I'd recced, and came to find Seventh Dimension is gone :( I can't tell you how sad that makes me. It was the place for Highlander fic, and now, it's gone.

Later: Whew! Apparently they changed from a .com to a .org - no wonder my links didn't work!

It's been on a respirator for years. I read my first Highlander fic there, it hadn't been updated in over a year at that point, and I sadly concluded that the wonderful people who had once written Highlander fic must have disappeared. Like the Anasazi, perhaps. Or the Crocatoan colony.

It is sad it's gone, though.

I didn't realise Ann had passed away. That's sad, she was always lovely to me when I was sending her stuff in the late 90s. I'm glad the site is still there.

It's been a while, so the details in my mind are a bit vague, but I believe it was cancer. She was rather lovely to me as well. The 7th Dimension was the first archive I ever posted to, after ff.net.
