Better Than Being Carded

Remember that birthday party I went to? Well, one of the guests was a 17 year old neighbour kid. He actually looked something like a young John Shepherd, right down to the hairstyle. So my coworker tells me today that the next morning, neighbour kid asked his daughter (the birthday girl) if I was single! I haven't stopped laughing this afternoon! He said Demi Moore ain't got nothing on me. [snorfle]

That is just so cool.

I had a similar incident happen to me. I was at a graduation party, took my son and daughter they were 17, 18, and so were their friends. We were sitting at a table with sodas, the kids all left and the one kids mother came over, sat down and said, so did you go to school with Naomi? I'm 44 and I get carded all the time, so its no big deal for me.

Yeah, I'm 43 and still get carded, but this was just funnier for some reason :)
