Not feeling to well so am working from home today. Temp is 83 out, but it's overcast, so it doesn't feel that warm. Can't believe we've only had to use the A/C a few times so far this spring. Which is awesome, because it does keep the bills down. And all the kitties are really enjoying the fresh air at the open windows.

We finally caught up last weekend on all the season finales - even SPN! We'll try and go see Thor again this weekend as it's playing at the IMAX at Zion, and Pirates is supposed to be the next movie up, probably in two or three weeks, so you know we'll go it again there as well.

It's around 90 here and humid as well. I wish I could work from home :-(

I heard that the country is baking save for us.
We have had rain and mid 50s for days now.....They said 84 on Saturday but seeing is believing.....
Last year we finally got warm just before 4th of July.
What I DESPISE about this area is it goes rapidly from one season to next e.g. 50 one day and in 80s next day.....
We had hardly no fall last year when it suddenly got frigid.
I had my a/c serviced recently just in case, but the guy who was here said "who knows when you will need this"

Last year was like that, but this year we're having a long spring.

We exploded into spring yesterday with 80 degrees and today and tomorrow mid 80s and then all next week rain and 60.......
It was like this last year too and then we slid rapidly into fall and from there into winter.......
I never know what to wear, e.g. yesterday I left the house with long sleeves and my silk sweater but by 1PM..
I love that sweater as it seems to accommodate the weather....

In line with the 'random' tag - in the cafeteria at the hospital I'm working at, there are two sparrows. Actual real little birds, who live in this indoor cafeteria, where they fly around and perch on the backs of empty chairs, looking hopeful.

Naturally, I've nicknamed the male one 'Jack' ('Captain Jack'), but I was wondering what to call his missus. And then it occurred to me, well duh! Charlotte! ;}
