Hate that it's still daylight savings time, all my spooky decorations for the kids don't show up. I have the pandora Halloween station blasting to try and attract trick or treaters.

 

Have I mentioned that I love Halloween? :)

Dark as the bottom of a well at 6AM now. Can't wait to see what it will be like when November 7th rolls around

I hear you - it's just plain WRONG to be handing out Halloween treats when there's light in the sky (wasn't exactly bright - too much cloud cover here). But it was nice to see the subtleties of the costumes.

We put the pumpkin at the end of the drive and sat about half-way down - that seemed to pull the treaters in well enough.

Halloween is my favorite holiday ... and, nerdy joke, it's exactly equal to Christmas.

We're on a culdesac with lots of houses before us that are dark, so a lot of people don't bother coming up this far.
