Internet is still down (insert pathetic wail). Glenn called again today, and they still don't have a clue as to when it'll be fixed. If I didn't have my smart phone (pets Alexander), I'd be climbing the walls right about now. Grrr!

Date: 2011-11-17 03:31 am (UTC)From:I remember when I was unable to raise it, they kept telling me it was MY computer, so I finally took it down to the place which built it and they plugged it in and guess what? Worked like a champ...........stoooooooooooooooooopid Verizon.
The techs in India still insisted it was MY computer
I told them either send me a new one or I am finding a new provider..........Next day delivery.
But I still remember no internet....I mean I could do what with my computer? Play games? I don't even do that when the internet is up and running.
