I found a tutorial here for importing Flexible Squares and it worked! I'm sure there will be things I need to tinker with, but for now. it works well enough.

Excellent! One thing I'd recommended if you want the links to stay within the lighter blue entry backgrounds is to go to http://www.dreamwidth.org/customize/options?group=text and replace "Recent Entries" with "Recent" (or "Entries"), and User Info" with "Profile". Or just one of those.

Just commenting to say THANKS! I'm fond of the Reese one I created at the moment, but now I know I can use my old ones from LJ if I want a change in the future!
