Remember our dish being out? Well the idiot roofers stuck the dish back up, but in the wrong #$%#^% direction! So I call the satellite company, and no one can come out till FRIDAY! to fix it. Dish Network sucks dead bunnies through a straw when it comes to service. My two year contract is almost up, so I think it's time for a change.

I have directv and can refer you to them for a good deal. Just let me know if you want me to give the information to you and call customer service to tell them I referred you.

I've had them for 5 years and had only one little propblem in all that time. I used to have Dish but, like you said, customer service was awful.
