Just received this comment for 'Irreconcilable Differences' over on fanfiction.net, and it gave me a giggle:

I just read it. And I have to say: Are you crazy?
I surf on pages about GA and I found this story by mistake.
I know what is Highlander, but here in Czech Republic was never
broadcasted show about Methos, so I don't know, how it ended.
But end story like this!! You really are crazy!
But I loved it. You wrote it quite good.

I'm crazy, really crazy, but they liked the story anyway. I think I can live with that [g] I blame it all on Methos. Seriously [snorfle]

What? Huh? Okay, now I"m totally baffled. I had to go back and re-read that story to figure out why you're so crazy to end it that way. Made perfect sense to me.

It's the Sombrero of Power that makes you crazy, not your fanfic.

I think it was because it had an unhappy ending. I've found most people prefer happy endings :) But I'm me, and that only happens occasionally!
