Evacuting Leeds

The fire's grown to 1000+ acres, they're evacuating parts of the town. We're seeing/hearing tankers overhead.

ETA: clarification - this is an update to my prior post. This is the town next to us. We're fine, Just too close for comfort, you know?

Eeeep!! You guys safe?? We get plenty of bushfires here every summer in Australia. I'm always glad that I'm a city girl and never venture too far into the country, even then, we can still smell the smoke of burning wood every summer and the smog sometimes cover everything.

Stay safe!! And evacuate if you need to! Can always rebuild, but you have to be alive to do it!
