Bond Fic

I've never read a James Bond fic before, but I stumbled across this one today, and the concept of Bond/M quite intrigued me. I'll admit my mind wandered to the pairing when I was watching the movie [g] I enjoyed this a lot, and need to go see if the authour has written any more of them.

Okay, I have been brainwashed hanging out here by a few (who shall remain nameless). That and not knowing Bond movies, when I read Bond / M, trust me a she was not what popped into my mind, but rather a certain other "M" we all know and love.

Which freaked me out since Ith does not do /.

Judi Dench has played M for the last several movies. Your memory is better than mine, because I honestly can't remember the actor that played M before her.

Oh, wait, a few hours later I get what you mean. I thought you meant the actor who played M before Dench. Never mind.

Seriously, it's very unlikely you'll see me reccing a m/m story, unless it's canon like Torchwood. And I don't read Torchwood fic, so there you go. Though if someone were to rec me one, I would probably read it. Though I think Jack/Ianto is a dreadful pairing. No chemistry IMHO. Yes, I'm rambling, so pay me no mind.

One other thought though: Methos in a non slash story James Bond would be kinda intersting.
