HEX on DVD

I'm seriously tempted to get HEX from Amazon UK. It's on sale, both seasons, and I am going to have to wait till this summer to see season two on BBCA. A friend of mine says it's easy to hack your DVD player to play other region's DVDs. She does it fairly frequently.

It partly depends on your DVD player. Some are easier to hack than others. It is worth googling for your specific DVD player and multiregion hacks to see how easy it is to upgrade then deciding. :-)

Considering the price of DVD players, I can always buy a hackable one. Give me an excuse to oder more of my fave UK shows on DVD [weg] Of course, I can always use one of our PAL DVD decks from work.

You can get multiregion players cheap these days, at least you can in the UK. It is worth checked for those first since any actual hacking carries at least a small element of risk.

I know that you've recommended the VLC player in the past. That supposedly works as a region-free DVD player (although I haven't tested it), if your computer recognizes DVDs.

truely? 'Cause what I really am wanting is Sea of Souls (series 2 and 3 for preference) but they are only available in UK.

Hate to say this, but I really preferred Hex once the blonde chick was whacked - she seriously annoyed me.

Even more so than Azareal - I have NEVER liked that particular fallen angel - I don't mean the actor, I mean the character.
