Messing With Kronos

Our timekeeper system is KRONOS, and I've been fighting with it for the last few weeks. Finally, I was given all the keys by our head office and told to run with getting it fixed myself. So, here I am, working on it with tech support and one of the guys wants to know what I'm doing. My reply, 'messing with Kronos'. Which hit me funny a split second after. I didn't even try to explain.

Friday Free For All

Since it's Friday, and all the bosses are gone to the same graduation -- but for different kids -- that I was also invited to, but can't go because all the bosses are gone... Well, you get the idea :) Anyway, I'm bored, I don't feel like talking to the guys (and am wondering how many minutes theyll wait now boss is gone before they crank up the stereo like we all want to listen to their music [rolls eyes]), so I need entertainment! More Richie racing scenes!! Time had blocked out the memory of even more in the episode after 'Methos' -- Take Back the Night -- [sigh]. But if I recall, this is it! Richie 'dies', racing goes away. Right?

Later: Duncan! He's driving by, in a car, feels another Immortal, and has to stop, get out, and go looking!

This is one of my favourite eps. If Cassandra had been more like Ceridywn... Oh well.

Cool torque! I have a reproduction of a torque found in a dig in France, and a bracelet. The bracelet I don't wear so much since it could be a weapon -- I've snagged more than one article of clothing wearing it. It's two horse heads, hinged together in bronze, and the manes are sharp and pointy!

Stayed in Flora MacDonald's cottage on Skye. Best food I've ever had. And the setting...!

I'm watching the ep where Anne comes to Paris, and she wants Duncan to put a coat on even thought he can't catch a cold, and he replies, 'we can catch colds, just not die of them.' I don't ever remember knowing that they could get any sort of illness?
