Our warehouse is right across the street from an equipment rental place. They rent everything from earth moving equipment to power tools. Some days it is so noisy! Between the noise of the heavy trucks moving around to the constant backup beeping, it can drive you nuts! Today is one of those really noisy days complete with our building vibrating. It may be hot out, but I had to close the door for at least a little relief.

It's 80 in the living room currently. And of course, the cat insists on trying to sit on my lap. Silly Kitteh! seems most of the neighbours are having patio barbecue parties. Must be nice to actually know people locally [g] Watching some Enterprise eppies off the DVR, have opened Word, and am pretty much just putzing around the internet.
Tomorrow, we're going to one of our favourite places at the mall for dinner. Our mall was bought out by some upscale mall company from SoCal, and have been kicking out all our fave stores and eateries in their attempt to 'upscale' us. Apparently we can't do without a Pottery Barn and a Williams-Sonoma. The latest victim is El Indio. They've been there for over twenty years, but as of July 26, they'll be gone. So we're going to go have fajitas and margaritas and then go see Iron Man -- I hear it's not bad [g]

Well, the temp has gone down a whole degree! Whoo! I haven't written a bloody word. I don't need to go to bed early, and now Tony decides to play hard to get. And I managed to dribble chocolate ice cream all over my shirt. Figures -- the first time I eat it in months and I make a mess. Sparrow has finally given up on my lap. Thankfully, because she was hot! I'm tired, but I can't see being able to sleep -- my room is 82 -- so I need to occupy myself for a few more hours.
