Better, But...

I'm feeling a bit better, but not enough to go to church tonight. I did manage to make sausage rolls last night, so I did accomplish something. Going to be making my gruyere leek and bacon tartlets for tonight's gift opening, so hopefully will feel better as the day goes on.

This is one of my favourite bits of Christmas TV. We always watched Bing's Christmas show, and I had no idea who David Bowie was when I saw this back in '77, but I loved it.

Nick Fury Is My Militant Muse

I'm beginning to think Nick Fury is the militant aspect of my muse. When I don't want to write, have no ideas, he shows up in my brain and the next thing I know, a potential story starts to evolve (with him in it, of course). Lousy timing though at 6:30 on Christmas Eve. So this might be another delayed Christmas fic.
