So you probably know by now that I'm rather fond of Methos, cheese, Jack Sparrow, and red wine -- though not necessarily in that order [g]
But if you have some other burning question you've always wanted to ask here's your chance. I won't promise I'll answer if it's too TMI, but I'll do my best to assuage your curiosity otherwise.
(decided to squish together all the interview/tell me about your user name/how did you meet me memes into one handy form) (and it's Friday and I could use the distraction)

My "real" online nickname is Ithildin -- is why everyone calls me 'Ith'. That's from Lord of the Rings and is Elvish. When I got an LJ, due to the popularity if the movies, Ithildin was already taken, and I don't like nicks with numbers on them, so I needed to think of a new one. Ithidrial was an Elvish name I'd created for something once upon a time, and it had the all important 'Ith' component, so I ended up using it, not thinking it would matter much since I was only going to use the account to comment with -- we all see how well that worked out!
I'm not a snacker, I try really hard not to eat processed pre-made food, or to at least have it not be the majority of what I eat, I eat alot of dairy and drink red wine, which I've been reading lately aids weight loss apparently. Who knew? No soda (very rarely), cus carbonated beverages play havoc with your digestion's ability to absorb nutrients, I read labels and try to avoid corn syrup which is an evil ingredient in so much of our food. I was on a supplement program and it shed the pounds, but I've been lazy and haven't been as good on that front, though I do take 9 grams of EFAs every day, which control my asthma, amongst other beneficial things, and I take selenium. Now which of those is the trick, I have no idea. I've never really had a plan. And last but not least, genetics. I have a very small bone structure and I inherited my great-aunt Edith's build. It definitely helps.
