I wanted to be a veternarian or a school teacher. Then I realized how annoying school kids were, and change my mind, mid college to a computer degree.

Guess I should follow this up in my own journal when I get a chance, as I've been having mid-life thoughts about a career change (that probably won't ever happen).

A nun???

Uh huh :) And there are times I still have a fascination with it all. I told my mum when I was 7 I wanted to be a nun (I was going to Catholic school at the time). She explained that we weren't Catholic -- though she omitted telling me that Anglicans have nuns too -- and that I wouldn't be able to have kids. That kinda cured me of my desire at the time. Of course, at this point in my life, turns out the whole no men and no babies thing wouldn't have been an issue!
