The Perfect Cap

Yesterday was generally sucky from beginning to end, but to make it extra special, I fell while I was getting ready for bed last night. I got my foot caught in the leg of my jeans, lost my balance and fell on my left side - shoulder, hip, knee. Can you say klutz? This morning, I can barely move my shoulder, and it's my left one, which makes trying to write all sorts of fun.

Please can today be better?
