They're making us take DISC personality tests at work. I'm suspicious of the intent. I really don't need my employer trying to mess with my brain. There's also the thought they're using them to weed out people they decide don't present the 'correct' psychological traits. Hey, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.
