Because it's something to do and I like bugging you all.
I've listed the currently on the air shows I watch with some degree of frequency (and I may have forgotten one or two), and I want to know what ones you watch too.
Yes, I watch way too much TV [g]

Later: Oh!! How could I forget Friday Night Lights?

on the telly
Date: 2007-04-05 08:13 pm (UTC)From:I adore Chris Eccleston as the Doctor but am less sanguine about Tennant - he's blond and chinless - a type that I dislike. With Rose gone ... I don't know if I'll be watching it.
Rose should have been the one to get the spin-off, imho, and not Cap'n Jack but that's not the reason I don't watch Torchwood. Pure and simple, it isn't offered.
I know - boring. Although - if Lady Heather is returning to CSI, I might start re-watching that. I just kind of lost interest when they killed Danny (Bonaduce).

Date: 2007-04-06 01:27 am (UTC)From:I'm enjoying Grey's and Supernatural, but honestly, nothing has piqued my interest and my imagination like Highlander did. Mostly, I just find tv terribly boring and tedious.
I did enjoy Buffy and Angel though. But even they didn't ping like Highlander did.

Date: 2007-04-06 01:44 am (UTC)From:I honestly don't think I'll ever have the passion for a show like I did with Highlander and Forever Knight. FK literally changed my life, and both shows are the reason I have the life I do now. That sort of thing just doesn't happen too often. I suppose I should be thankful for that and not look for greener pastures [g] The only show currently on where I've made new friends and formed relationships, is House. I've met some wonderful women and have developed some great friendships.
There's lots of things I enjoy, but nothing that has been like the old days.

Date: 2007-04-06 01:45 am (UTC)From:I liked Buffy - after Doyle died, though ... it lost a good deal of the spark.
One show that I am disappointed a) to not possess on vhs or dvd and b) isn't returning for a 4th series is Sea of Souls - a British show of the paranormal. It felt much more ... well, believable than Ghostwhisperer - I never got into Supernatural - the hype was all on the pretty pretty boys and they did nothing for me. (I like men! Like Snape. Professor Monighan (Sea of Souls).)
