I've already cleaned out the freezer, roasted garlic, and set next week's menu and shopping list. What's left is mostly cooking.

Salsa
Pirogies for Monday dinner and for freezer food.
BBQ Beef Cups for Tuesday dinner and freezer food.
Gruyere and Prosciutto Baked Omelette for tonight's dinner.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies for ninjababe.

I think that should keep me busy and out of trouble for the duration of the weekend!
