What Should I Do?

Nights like this, I wish Nin didn't work nights. I like having company, especially on Friday, which always seems to be a long night. It's not like I don't have dozens of DVDs to watch, but it's not the same when you can't talk about it [g]

So I'm spinning my wheels. Should I start rewatching old TV series? Or clean the apartment? (that's not my favourite choice!) A movie? Spam my f'list?

I kept seeing people talk about it, so when I got Netflix I added it to my queue and started watching.

I should get the last disc of S1 tomorrow I think - or wait, no, I think I'm getting Little Miss Sunshine. Anyway.... I just saw the ep where House/Cam go out on a date and House basically completely tears her down.

Bastard. And then I saw a clip of their kiss on YouTube and OMG!!!! *fans self*

Can I have Hugh Laurie for Christmas, please? I've been a very good girl. *grin*

Cam gets bashed a lot in the House fandom, so I spend a lot of time defending her on the email list. Yeah, House is a bastard, but Cam knows that. He's so damaged.

I think Hugh's wife might object to that [g]

I found some stuff I had over looked because I am apparently clueless.

I can see the hands. I love hands. What generally does me in first is eyes. Im a massive sucker for eyes. In fact my husband has similar eyes to H.L. and dear god even after almost 13 years of being married to him, they still make me weak in the knees.

But see, even with the eyes, I was resisting the Laurie charms... and then I discovered he's also a musician. I have a massive huge horrible weakness for musicians.

That was it, I decided right then and there I had a massive pathetic 13 year old fan girl crush. LOL

Why do I suddenly feel like I've attended an A.A. meeting?

I've been a fan of his for years, but he became hot in House [g] I'm a sucker for eyes too. (Johnny Depp has amazing eyes) Eyes and hands. I love his long fingers. And he's so talented! I love it when he plays the piano. House plays the piano because Hugh does. The character was never supposed to.

I was aware of him in a peripheral sort of way. Sort of like you watch a movie or something because someone you know who is talented is in it and you think along the lines of "Oh they always do a good job." But then suddenly one day you wake up and you go "OK, um, excuse me, when did you go from being someone I admired for their craft to someone I want to see naked and do unspeakable acts to?"

That was sort of how it went when I discovered House. :)

Of course Wil Wheaton did that to me when he grew a goatee, so y'know, its entirely possible I need professional help. ;)
