Another Quiet Day

I've already finished payroll, stapled up most of the invoices, drunk 3/4 a pot of tea, and it's only 10:30! Now what to do with the other 6 odd hours?

When we're busy, we're slammed. It's typical hospitality business related work flow. It's either dead, or so busy I need three of me :)
