We're having Penne a la Carbonara for dinner tonight, so I decided to try making my own focaccia bread. I've never made it before, so keep your fingers crossed! For dessert, I'm going to make my own version of trifle to use up the lemon tea bread I have left. Going to use lemoncello instead of sherry, make a custard and toss in some fresh raspberries. We'll see how it turns out. And I'm making Nin sweet tea. I'd promised last week and then promptly forgot [g] When she gets back from grocery shopping, she'll have it to look forward to!
